A programme of recorded classes, troubleshooting videos & other resources (e.g. single-movement teaching videos; written materials), this training enables you to build your ability to use (& understand) Essential Somatics® Movement's fundamental 3-part movement method, to combat pain, ease tension, breathe more fully, & improve your flexibility - without stress, strain, or stretching.
The programme is designed to be taken at your own pace. It is very thorough, but you can also, if you choose, invest at any stage in weekly live classes (or 1-2-1 movement or clinical sessions) to supplement your learning, or hone your skills in addressing your particular soma.
